After opening the TPC we
have a better idea of available space. This is the new
design proposal. You don't have to use the frame and
can clamp the microMegas frame to the motherboard. We
don't see where to find space for clamps.
Outer round corners of the MMframe and a maximum thickness
of 2mm would be helpful, the holes not larger than 3
mm; maybe 3.2 is still OK, the nuts are 3.9 mm wide.
We made the PCB relatively large to have enough space
outside of the MMframe to make contact with the resistive
foil. Corners should be cut.

We have two possibilities. In both cases we can use
the frame as you have it. If the holes are 3.2 mm in
diameter we can use washers with smaller screws. The
ground plane of the PCB will be larger, 110 x 110 mm.
-
- We go with a thin PCB (as is now) and a 1.5 frame
beneath. we need straight screw holes in the PCB
in the same position as in the microMegas frame,
can be 3.2 mm large.
- We use a thicker PCB (1.5 mm) and conical screw
holes.
Solution 1) might be easier and more flexible.
If you want you can glue and clamp everything
