About Samuel Ouellet

I received my BSc in Physics at Université Laval, where I also completed my MSc. in Medical Physics. My Master’s research was mainly on radiation transport Monte Carlo simulations to calculate patient-specific delivered radiation dose from low-dose-rate brachytherapy cancer treatment.

I am currently a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Rowan Thomson. My current research objectives include using radiobiology and advanced machine learning models to predict tumor control and normal tissue toxicity probabilities which would result from low-dose-rate brachytherapy treatment.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions! Both English and French are welcome!
